On Wednesday evening, Clinton is scheduled to attend an event at the Beverly Hills home of Christina Aguilera and Matthew Rutler. Aguilera will perform, and the campaign also has been holding a fundraising contest to win a trip to the event. Those who raise $10,000 will get four tickets. Among the organizers of the event are CAA’s Michael Kives and Darnell Strom. http://variety.com/2015/biz/news/hillary-clinton-jimmy-kimmel-christina-aguilera-1201632976/ Christina Aguilera and her producer husband, Matthew Rutler, will host Clinton’s first L.A. fundraiser this week their Beverly Hills home on Wednesday. Organizers tell TheWrap that Aguilera will be performing along with A Great Big World. The musical duo from New York, made up of singer-songwriters Ian Axel and Chad King, picked up their first Grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Say Something” along with Aguilera earlier this year. Hosts for the event were asked to raise $10,000 for four tickets. Organizers say the fundraiser is really a straight-up concert.
